Sisterhood

When we talk about being a Kappa, we often talk about sisterhood. You may be thinking, what does sisterhood really mean? Sorority women are connected by their rituals, their philanthropic causes, their values and sometimes their living arrangements. Eventually, they become sisters. Sisterhood, like friendship, takes time and effort. However, sisterhood is one of the most rewarding aspects of sorority membership, so it is definitely worth it.

As a Chapter, we value our sisterhood.  To us, sisterhood does not necessarily mean being exactly like your big or dressing like the rest of your chapter.  Our sisterhood is a group of women that bring each other up and help one another become the best person they can be.  We are undoubtedly diverse, but just as a beautiful masterpiece consists of various colors and brushstrokes, our chapter consists of different personalities that truly make Kappa beautiful.
